The Thomas brothers got into bother with their mum after some of their childhood lies came flooding out in their new podcast.
Ryan, Adam and Scott are the Mancs on the Mic – but their show hasn't been without its problems.
The trio were chatting on Loose Women about how they are dealing with opening up about their lives.
Ryan revealed that as as soon as the first podcast went out, the phone quickly started ringing.
Their mum Gail Waring was tuning and former Coronation Street star Ryan said: "I got a phone call off my mum and she had been listening!
"She called and said 'I am really shocked' and I asked her why. We didn't really realise it at the time but we were telling all our stories about all the lies we told as kids and she got to hear it all for the first time.
"I'm glad it was in the past or we would all be in real trouble!"
But the Mancs on the Mic isn't all funny trips down memory lane.
Love Island star Scott has opened up about his drinking and gambling problems - and is thrilled that discussing his experiences has already helped others.
"Last year I went sober for 12 months," he said. "I was a party boy and it was a big step for me.
"I now realise the importance of talking.
"When I was 21 I also have a problem with gambling, but people have reached out. Some of the reaction has been mindblowing.
"With the platform we have it's important we put it out there."
Emmerdale actor Adam chipped in: "Before this podcast I never really talked about how insecure I was about my body. But it was a bit like therapy."
The trio also talked about listening to old stories about dad Dougie, the much-loved Manchester music promoter who died last year.
"We're just so lucky as many people don't have those type of memories," Ryan said.
Loose Women continues tomorrow at 12.30pm on ITV.
