The television presenter turns the big 4-0 on Wednesday and she got "overwhelmingly spoilt" by the team behind the ITV ice-skating ahead of the big day.
An excited Holly logged into her Instagram page after the latest Dancing on Ice live show to thank her colleagues for surprising her with treats, including a cake and some over-the-top light-up letters which spelt out her name.
Silver metallic curtains were also been pined to a wall to mark the occasion while some balloons could be spotted in the corner.
Holly looked super glam as she stood with one hand on her hip, wearing the slinky light blue dress she wore on the show.
She posed up a storm in front of the giant letters for a gorgeous snap which she shared with her seven million followers.
The mother-of-three captioned her sweet post: "Thank you @dancingonice for making me feel so special. it’s kicked off my birthday week in style... honestly felt overwhelmingly spoilt today with all the decorations and cake!!!! Thank you.... love you to bits!"
Unsurprisingly, Holly's latest Instagram update caught the attention of her millions of fans, with some rushing to leave a message for the star in the comment section.
One fan gushed: 'Ah have the best birthday week."
A second person added: "A queen deserves to be spoiled on her birthday."
While a third posted: "What a gorgeous dress to start it off. Absolutely stunning."
A fourth follower wrote: "Beautiful inside and out."
Mother-of-three Holly announced that she'd cancelled her 40th party on This Morning last week.
Speaking on Thursday's edition of the ITV breakfast show, the TV beauty said: "It's bittersweet as next week I'm celebrating my big 4-0 and tomorrow night would have been my big birthday party that I had to cancel.
"So it will look very different. But as long as I've got a cake and a glass in my hand I'll be fine."
Holly may have been forced to cancel her birthday bash but there's no doubt that co-host and close pal Phillip Schofield will treat her in the studio on her big day.
The ITV star previously revealed that she was looking forward to reaching the milestone age.
She said: "I'm really looking forward to it.
“My thirties have been all about the kids, bringing them up, keeping all these balls in the air, but now they’re getting older I can start focusing on things happening for me."
Holly was back on our screens on Sunday night to present Dancing on Ice alongside Phillip, 57.
Comedian Matt Richardson and his partner Vicky Ogden were the latest couple to be given the boot from the competition.
Dancing on Ice continues Sunday on ITV at 6pm
