
Very interested documentary about the life and career of bodybuilder Lou Ferrigno. A deep inside in the life of a group of people totally dedicated, permanently training, dieting, focused under the unique goal of being proclaimed the best male body in the world: Mr. Olympia. Outstanding personalities make the difference for those determined to go down in the history of bodybuilding. Lou lost almost 85% of his hearing when he was 3 and was picked by the other kids and put aside, which tembled his own self steme and security. Lou found in muscle discipline a way to be protected from outside aggression (father included) and be perceived like an icon to b admired. Perseverance, martial behavior and a strong need to be recognized.
