The Beast of War is, as its descriptive name indicates, a war movie about a Russian tank and its crew getting lost in the Afghan mountains after they have destroyed a local village to its roots, including most of its inhabitants. What Doesn’t Kill You is a real story drama around the life in a tough Irish neighborhood in South Boston. A couple of youngsters from the hood will start making easy money for a local extortionist until they become his private soldiers and handle for him stolen merchandise, some drugs and extortion money recollection. To say the truth I saw Lisa Lampanelli on a roast some time ago and I didn’t really saw any funny stuff but this, I would say it is a good laugh. As usual, Lisa would pick on any minority, looks like all of them loved by her, African Americans, Mexicans and Asians are her favorite, sex, bad language and funny stuff assured. (more…)
